Iza and Jamra are grazing together again. Chief is still on his own and Barhopper is hanging with Smokies Love and Exactly So. This is a little hotbed for senior flings. I'll have to be careful when I get old.

Jamra and Iza still are at odds even though Iza is ignoring Chief in favor of Bars. Chief is learning the hard way not to mess with the ladies. No one will have anything to do with him, even Barhopper.

Jamra has developed a hoof abscess and can't not romp and play very well. Chief is a fickle guy and dislikes any infirmities. He is working hard at winning Iza back. Jamra is broken hearted. Her hoof will heal but I worry about her feelings.

My Turbulent Miss passed away last night. I found her peacefully stretched out in her favorite napping place. My guess is that she died in her sleep.

I take comfort in the fact that she is with her friends Taba and Glowing Tribute again.

Iza fought hard for her boyfriend but in the end she decided that Barhopper was a younger and more suitable suitor. The pasture is a picture of calm... sort of. I guess the non informed passer-by would look out there and think it is all serene but I know better. Chief and Barhopper, two former best friends no longer worry when the other comes to the barn without him. Iza and Jamra aren't even speaking. They ignore each other unless one happens to catch the other looking…all looks are met with pinned ears.

I do believe that My Turbulent Miss is gaining weight! There is a subtle change in how visible her ribs are. She is developing a bit of an attitude, as well. She actually PUSHED Jamra out of the doorway to get into the barn first.

Trouble in paradise! I came home from work to find Iza running frantically about, lathered and quite upset. It didn't take long to figure out why. Chief has thrown her adise for her best friend, Jamra! That's right, Jamra and Chief are now the new couple in the pasture. Poor Iza, her best friend and her beau. To make matters worse, Chief and Jamra won't even let Iza graze next to them. They keep chasing her away.
